توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل «أهلين» مع بياناتك عند استخدام موقع ahlein.co وتطبيق أهلين على iOS. نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات، ويمكنك استخدام استوديو البطاقات دون إنشاء حساب.
ما الذي نجمعه
بيانات البطاقة: عند تنزيل بطاقة أو مشاركتها أو حفظها من الموقع أو التطبيق نحفظ النصوص التي كتبتها فيها (أسماء أصحاب الدعوة، العنوان، التاريخ الهجري والميلادي والوقت، المكان، الزي، والأسطر الإضافية)، والمناسبة والقالب، وعدد مرات التصدير.
بيانات تقنية: معرّف عشوائي يُنشأ في متصفحك أو التطبيق (لا يكشف هويتك)، وعنوان IP، ونوع المتصفح أو الجهاز، والصفحة التي جئت منها.
الحساب في التطبيق (اختياري):
- بريدك الإلكتروني إن سجلت الدخول بالبريد.
- عند الدخول عبر Apple: معرّف Apple الخاص بك، والبريد الذي تختار مشاركته (قد يكون بريدًا مخفيًا من Apple)، واسمك إن شاركته.
- الاسم ورقم الجوال إن أضفتهما في ملفك.
- اسم الجهاز لتمييز جلسات الدخول.
إحصاءات الموقع: يستخدم الموقع Google Analytics لمعرفة عدد الزيارات والصفحات الأكثر استخدامًا، ويضع لذلك ملفات تعريف الارتباط (cookies). التطبيق لا يستخدم Google Analytics.
ما الذي لا نجمعه
الصور التي تضيفها في المحرر والبطاقات التي تصدّرها تبقى على جهازك ولا تُرفع إلى خوادمنا. يطلب التطبيق إذن «الإضافة إلى الصور» فقط لحفظ بطاقتك، ولا يقرأ مكتبة صورك.
المسودات تُحفظ على جهازك فقط. لا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- لتشغيل الخدمة: إرسال رمز الدخول، وتسجيل دخولك، ومزامنة «تصاميمي» بين أجهزتك.
- للحماية: الحد من المحاولات المتكررة وإساءة الاستخدام (ولهذا نستخدم عنوان IP).
- لتحسين أهلين: معرفة القوالب والمناسبات الأكثر استخدامًا.
مع من نشاركها
لا نشارك بياناتك إلا مع مزودي خدمات يعملون لصالحنا:
- شركة الاستضافة التي تشغّل خوادمنا وقاعدة بياناتنا.
- Apple عند اختيارك «المتابعة باستخدام Apple».
- Google لإحصاءات الموقع فقط.
وقد نفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا بذلك نظام أو جهة رسمية مختصة.
مدة الاحتفاظ
- رموز الدخول وسجل المحاولات: تُحذف خلال يوم.
- جلسات الدخول: تنتهي بعد ٩٠ يومًا من آخر استخدام، أو فورًا عند تسجيل الخروج.
- الحساب: حتى تحذفه.
- سجلات البطاقات: نحتفظ بها لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها، ويمكنك طلب حذفها في أي وقت.
حقوقك وحذف الحساب
يمكنك تعديل اسمك ورقم جوالك من «حسابي» في التطبيق، وحذف تصاميمك من «تصاميمي».
لحذف حسابك: التطبيق ← المزيد ← حسابي ← حذف الحساب. يُحذف الحساب وجلسات الدخول فورًا، ويُلغى ربط الدخول عبر Apple، وتبقى سجلات البطاقات دون أي ربط بك. لحذفها أيضًا، أو لطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها، راسلنا على البريد أدناه وسنرد خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
حماية البيانات
كل الاتصال مشفّر عبر HTTPS. رموز الدخول ومفاتيح الجلسات تُخزَّن مُعمّاة (hash) وليست نصًا صريحًا، وبيانات الجلسة في التطبيق محفوظة في سلسلة مفاتيح الجهاز (Keychain).
الأطفال
أهلين غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمت أن طفلًا أرسل لنا بيانات فراسلنا لنحذفها.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه. وإذا كان التغيير جوهريًا فسننبهك في التطبيق أو الموقع.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ahlain handles your data when you use ahlein.co and the Ahlain iOS app. We collect as little as possible, and you can use the card studio without an account.
What we collect
Card data: when you download, share or save a card on the website or in the app, we store the text you typed into it (host names, title, Hijri/Gregorian date and time, venue, dress code, extra lines), the occasion and template, and how many times it was exported.
Technical data: a random identifier created in your browser or the app (it does not identify you), your IP address, browser or device type, and the referring page.
App account (optional):
- Your e-mail address if you sign in with e-mail.
- With Sign in with Apple: your Apple user identifier, the e-mail you choose to share (possibly an Apple private-relay address), and your name if you share it.
- The name and phone number you add to your profile.
- Your device name, to label sign-in sessions.
Website analytics: the website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and popular pages. The app does not use Google Analytics.
What we don't collect
Photos you add in the editor and the cards you export stay on your device and are never uploaded. The app asks only for “add to Photos” permission to save your card; it never reads your photo library.
Drafts are stored on your device only. We don't track you across other apps or websites, show ads, or sell your data.
How we use it
- To run the service: sending sign-in codes, signing you in, and syncing “My designs” across your devices.
- For security: rate-limiting repeated attempts and abuse (this is what the IP address is for).
- To improve Ahlain: learning which templates and occasions are used most.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers acting for us:
- Our hosting provider, which runs our servers and database.
- Apple, when you choose “Continue with Apple”.
- Google, for website analytics only.
We may disclose data where required by law or a competent authority.
How long we keep it
- Sign-in codes and attempt logs: deleted within a day.
- Sign-in sessions: expire 90 days after last use, or immediately when you sign out.
- Your account: until you delete it.
- Card records: kept to run and improve the service; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights and account deletion
You can edit your name and phone number under Account in the app, and delete designs from My designs.
To delete your account: app → More → Account → Delete account. Your account and sessions are deleted immediately and Sign in with Apple is revoked; card records are kept with no link to you. To have those deleted too, or to request a copy or correction of your data, e-mail us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored hashed, never in plain text, and the app keeps its session in the device Keychain.
Children
Ahlain is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the “last updated” date above. For material changes we'll also let you know in the app or on the website.
